New Patient Information

What to Expect at Washington Center for Sleep

We’re here to make your sleep journey easy, comfortable, and effective — from your first consultation to lasting results. Whether you’re exploring alternatives to CPAP, wondering if you have sleep apnea, or ready for better sleep, here’s everything you need to know as a new patient.

What to Expect at Your First Visit

Your first appointment is all about understanding your symptoms, reviewing any previous testing, and creating a plan that works for your lifestyle and health goals.

During your first visit, we may:

  • Discuss symptoms like snoring, daytime fatigue, or poor sleep quality

  • Review any past sleep studies or CPAP use

  • Evaluate your airway and jaw structure

  • Recommend home sleep testing if needed

  • Discuss options like oral appliance therapy or NightLase laser treatment

You’ll leave with a clear understanding of your next steps and treatment options — no pressure, just answers.
